   Why do most Presence servers push pres info rather than requiring clients to pull when reqd? Any ideas?

     @aswath because polling simply doesn't scale for presence

     @stpeter I realize const polling has prob.The suggestion here is a contact polls only when interested, which is going to be infrequent
