      @x1101, #Open_Core is a *more* useless term:no one knows for sure what it means. Let's talk about "proprietary relicensing spectrum" instead

      @bkuhn agreed. But with #Open_Source, the meaning has gotten diluted so that anyone can call (most) anything #Open_Source.
