@bugabundo Because people are lazy, and Twitter is right there. Never mind the identical API, putting the URL in a variable is too hard.

@gamerchick02 yeah it depends how you measure it. I reckon FB is most populous, Friendfeed is busiest per capita, etc..

@bugabundo: I mean people utilize the service better, for conversation, like we're having. Twitter is for broadcasting.

@gamerchick02 Yeah, I was going to add that identica has the most active groups, but I ran out of characters.

@gamerchick02 !identica defintely has the warmest community, but you can't quantify that.

@gamerchick02 Nope, no groups on twitter. That's one of the things which make !identica more useful.

@gamerchick02 No they don't. That's a real missing feature too. So obvious. Almost all the other networks have some version of groups.

@bugabundo That's a lot, but as @gamerchick02 observed. I wonder how many FB users are effectively dormant. I know I rarely even log in now.

@silner: I do log in over there... I wasn't for awhile, but now I do. I'm connecting with many people in different groups.

@gamerchick02 I am interested in some of the groups actually, but FB is so hard to use properly without sitting on their site.
