     @evan some ideas/options: 1. delete of all records. Blank. no copies kept. 2. marking the account frozen, keeping the records.

     @evan another option needed in the delete account is a account-name-archive.gz of all records, that you can download before deleting.

     @karlw3c We need to have backups anyways. Right now you can back up notices and FOAF data but no private data.
