@thisisparker my mum was the least clueless - she was always first to adopt new technology, not my dad ;)

@thisisparker Agreed. My mom is using Mandriva Linux and she is 60. She said that it is much better than Windows.

@thisisparker I use my wife not as an example of a 'clueless user' but as an an example of an educated, intelligent, non-technical user.
