1. Matthew Wild Linux , Toshiba Users

   Every so often (every few months?) my !toshiba laptop's HDD makes a *clunk* and laptop makes a long beeeep. Ideas? !linux related?

     @mattj no, probably TOSSIBA (nb: spelling) related. We all get endless problems with !Toshiba s at work - esp with Linux.

     @scvalex Nope, it simply freezes for a few seconds. Nothing in logs. Everything else seems absolutely fine.
