   Also tested a WeTab. It's a really weak product. Unless you fancy running Windows 7 on it (yikes), I couldn't recommend it.

     @ungethym: No, but the default OS (MeeGo), was given a very awkward custom UI. Also video performance is poor, maybe lacking good drivers.

     @ungethym: So I have not tried a normal Linux distro on it, but yes, Windows 7 performs a lot better on it than the default.

     @markey MeeGo tablet works very well on it. Except for the display being crap, the touchscreen blocking and the heat it could be pretty good

     @markey How sad. I can remember times when linux performed much better (used less power) than windows. :-(

     @markey Is the hw otherwise usable? I've been considering WeTab but would use it to try out Plasma Active probably on MeeGo.

     @ungethym: @tanghus: Please note, the bad performance is very likely to blame on a bad or missing driver. Another distro might perform well.
