@bkuhn And you should know my opinion, after working with me on the Perl/Parrot CLA. No, I don't believe CAA is required for enforcement.

@allisonrandal,I don't recall discussing enforcement during !Perl licensing discussion; Also, ISTR only working on *license* w/you, not #CLA

@allisonrandal, I do recall we discussed the #Python #CLA for my #pynie patches, but I ended up not signing it (& I hear Pynie is dead, too)

@fontana, I'm on the public record saying I like !Perl's #Artistic License 2.0. I also wrote all the RFC in the Perl 6 process on licensing.

@allisonrandal, You must be right. I truly don't recall discussing #CLA, but I was also about to leave #FSF job then,so a lot was going on.
