@toros I'm not interested in g+, nor facebook. Both closed silos, no thanks. I love !identica, !diaspora and FAIF decentralized services

@jankusanagi I can respect that, but it's my understanding that the !googleplus code will be decentralized. time will tell i guess

@eightyeight we'll see, but I doubt it. At least the video/audio/chat part is regular !xmpp and (apparently) will be federated with the rest

@jankusanagi yeah. the fact that they are using !xmpp and #jingle is awesome, but for the rest, who knows? they haven't even released an api

@eightyeight One thing is sure: you can already download your data from !googleplus - profile, pictures, posts, etc.
