@w4rr10r did you tried kmail, knode and akregator? They are quite good and feel good on !KDE Plasma

@w4rr10r I agree. Would love some great KDE integration.

@w4rr10r I'd suggest Akregator over Liferea. I honestly don't think the feature-set is that different.

@w4rr10r Why don't you use KMail with GMail if you want better #KDE integration?

@w4rr10r I use kmail for email can't stand Thunderbird, I use akregator for RSS, but liferea's google reader sync support is nice.

@w4rr10r Akregator is not currently maintained. there was a google reader plugin for it floating around but the code seems incomplete

@w4rr10r the new kmail is still marked experimental and really doesn't offer anything over the old 1 which is much more stable

@w4rr10r kmail is another kde app that currently lacks a maintainer which is why am surprised that the thing still works, and very well too

@w4rr10r I have no problems with KMail2 on Kubuntu. For me it's actually less resource-intensive than KMail1 which is also light-weight.

@gerlos KMail's good, but Akregator is in serious need of updating (I think it doesn't have any maintainers). :( !kde

@marcusharrison I didn't want to beleive it, but you may be right. it has 482 open bugs/wishes (of course some may be duplicates)
