     @mxc I actually don't have a problem with that. Majesty people think about re-using bags instead of blindly dumping them in landfill.

     @jamestait if that was their objective they would just mandate the use of paper bags. Nope its so gov can make money.

     @mxc Sure, but someone has to pay for the disposal, right? It's not perfect, but at least it's closer to "pay for what you use".
