@fontana, IMO "COMMUNITY <-> COMPANY" as a mission statement, as @jonobacon's !OSCON slide seemed to indicate, is !disturbing.

!OSCON @jonobacon says Community Managers should lead governance. IMO NPO's should define governance for #FLOSS projects,not for-profit orgs

@fontana how any org handles leadership change is a defining moment for its governance model. Until that happens, model isn't fully tested.
