@fontana,I've argued to @kaz that !GNOME Foundation should enforce !GPL for GNOME, but you're right:only !FSF & !Conservancy do it right now

@x1101 correct expectation of lots of voluntary compliance if right signal (ie right license) chosen

@bkuhn if GPL enforcement aimed at $ rather than compliance could possibly be profitable, NPOs not primarily fs-mission might be interested

@fontana, IMO the #ChathamHouseRule is an anti-transparency rule, designed to remove accountability & enable cabals. I find it revolting.

@fontana, #FLOSSFoundations is elitist as far as invites, I admit. I'm not opposed to invite-only lists. FF is for leaders of FLOSS NPOs.

@fontana, at some point, around @jonobacon's joining of #FLOSSFoundations, it was extended from "NPO leaders" to also include "NPO funders".
