@dpic for #buddycloud I know they tend to support as much as possible from the #ostatus protocol

@rkallensee same here, but I thought they also offered a ejabberd component.

@rkallensee jappix is more like a general chat client instead of a real social client, but I could be wrong. been a while /cc: @dpic

@dpic buddycloud is still in a redesign stage, but code can be found on github and explained on buddycloud.org

@dpic some of the groups you referred to attended the Federated Social Web Summit, so I am sure they know of each others existence and work
