    mail.aalto.fi advocates NTLM as an smtp auth mechanism but fails to work. Manually setting it to LOGIN solves the problem.

      @larstiq it's a Microsoft server, what do you expect? :) ... used to be Sun servers in the "olden days".

      @sazius I would expect a Microsoft server to support its own NTLM protocol... Am sad to see the unix infrastructure go though.
