     @bkuhn Are American phone lines dearer than in the UK? I think our minimum rental is around £10.99 (excludes data tho)

     @bkuhn Yes. But I think our "landline" telco, http://nuvisions.tv/, uses microwave transmission (rain affects quality) so doubt reliability.

     @bkuhn I'm not sure I can even get service from a real #ILEC in my apartment. Only other phone services, #FiOS or #TWC, are ~ #VoIP anyway.
