      RT: @lanwuyou: 河南省卫生厅自屙自吃。先是对郑大一附院（为张海超开胸验肺）以没有职业病诊断资质进行处罚，在遭到社会谴责以后，8月14日大转弯，授予一附院资质。不过要提醒的是，这个资质有没有追溯力？没的话，它的处罚不能撤销。屙出去的耙耙想吃回来也没那么容易。
