@sandersch In my experience meego is not a very good system. Buy a notebook for the hardware, worry about OS later. (meego is a free)

@sandersch a friend of mine has one of those ASUS MeeGo netbooks. He said that the machine is great, and the preinstalled MeeGo is very fast

@sandersch He also said that the ASUS has a Linpus MeeGo build, and there aren't too many apps in the repositories.

@sandersch So he installed Ubuntu on the machine because of lack of apps for MeeGo. But anyway, it is still a great machine for that price.

@toros Looking at the Acer Aspire One D257 @ the moment. Better HW specs then my current, but thing is I don't really need another netbook.

@sandersch I think the ASUS X101 looks slightly better, and I have good experiences with the ASUS netbooks, so I would buy the ASUS…
