1. Tekk Has Moved emacs

   wasn't there a way to transparently use !emacs dired over ftp? Wanna throw a .el file for searching up on my server in case anyone wants it

     @davidam I'm aware of it in a very basic sense. never used it by itself

     @tekk Sounds like TRAMP may be what you want. That should let you use dired over FTP, I think. !emacs.
