@support for those who don't want to see either polls or responses, what is the procedure to opt out?

@thistleweb there's none, nor even a simple attribute on the li items that could filter it out. this CAN be done for questions & bookmarks
-
@marjoleink: even something in account settings next to each group your subscribed to "poll only" "poll & responses" "neither" would work

No opt out procedure right now, some clients can filter, 1.1.x will most likely contain ways to filter your timelines.

@thistleweb yes, but it should be done for all 'content types', not just polls. but a class attribute for each also allows emphasis (color)
-
@thistleweb consistent semantic markup here would allow greater flexibility than just yes/no settings & could even be complementary

@support all it needs is a few appropriate class attributes. why wait so long?

@support I'm *already* filtering out bookmarks and questions/answers because those DO have appropriate markup.

@evan 1.1.x just for a few class attributes? in the name of openness, give us some choice, please

@evan when is 1.1 due?

@evan have you ever heard the term 'quick win'? you could have one very quickly and very cheaply. the costly win can come later.
