   Am I the only one who things QR codes are kinda lame? I just don't see what purpose they serve.

     In a smartphone-saturated ecology, they make sense - why make people type URIs to get more info if/when QR makes it easier?

     I haven't used (consumed) QR codes myself, and prefer the transparency of URIs, but I grok the use case.
