   Silly Windows Phone 7 doesn't allow you do set the MCC and MNC for your network in the normal interface. Found the engineering menu. Fixed!

     In any Windows incarnation, the setting I'm looking for tends to be in an "advanced" menu, sometimes reinforced with an "advanced" tab.

     @clacke that would have been logical! Instead dial ##634# then enter 277634#*# then go to Engineering Menu and then ADC. #WP7

     @ddevine Wow. You weren't kidding when you called it the 'engineering' menu. That is obscure to the max.
