Are there any online #wishlist sites that don't suck?

I'm apparently behind the times...; what's an online wishlist site?
-
Like a registry, but more suggestive and not attached to any particular store. Basic idea has nice features, but all impls seem to suck.

Do StatusNet posts under a "wishlist" tag count as a wishlist? Does http://ur1.ca/4c3yv make them more/less so?
-
... or are you waiting for #ThingThing, @drysdam? ☺

listiki.com looks neat except [0]it requires accounts I don't want on 3rd-party sites, [1]I can't find a contact link to give them feedback.
-
It looks like I've started a `ways listiki.com is broken' #list, which would be a perfect use of #listiki... if only it wasn't broken....
-
Not sure I'd want to use something with no contact even if it used openid
-
Looks neat for what it is but not for a #wishlist. Need ability to "claim" items AND have that be hidden from list owner.

Just found a nice-looking #wishlist manager named #phpgiftreg via @freshmeat: http://ur1.ca/6tgl3

1) Hey, this has promise! 2) Freshmeat still exists? And has relevant hits?
-
We should start a #wishlist site. Need a clever domain name....
