     How did the deletion happen? Was it an admin, or did the person delete their own account?

     @evan he did it on his own, let's say... "in the heat of the moment". If it's easy to recover, great, if not, it doesn't really matter :)

     Sounds good. I really, really recommend that people make backups before deleting their accounts.
