     I am always fighting Android's UI and the preinstalled garbage apps that cannot be removed without rooting it.

     If I'm listening to podcasts, it plays them with the music app. If I open anything else, play stops and resets to the beginning.

     What Google should do is negotiate with HP to license the #webOS "cards" interface. That would make #Android more usable right away.

     IIRC webos has gone open-source, maybe someone will port the interface to android.
