     @fontana,I indeed find it !disturbing that IRS says not to make #Form990 Schedule B public, which has this info. I'd prefer it to be public.

     @fontana,any regulatory system can be abused. However, IMO, an NPO acting in good faith can use #Form990 to communicate well with its public

     @fontana, there are privacy reasons that #Form990 Schedule B's are private. It has the donors' full contact info, for example.
