     @bkuhn It's a pervasive problem, many rules that are rarely enforced, which engenders disrespect of rules and fear of enforcement.

     @bkuhn also, the inconvinience imposed by bad rules is blunted by the selective enforcement, making draconian rules more acceptable.

     @fontana, "day spa" renovations were in progress then. Was more "historic B&B" when I stayed. All other State College hotels had #bedbugs.
