     I would find a study like this much more credible if it had autopsy results of just 14 infants (not 14000) that had high Iodine-131 levels.

     It's not that I don't agree Fukushima did a great deal of harm. However, statistical blips go up & down by much more than a couple of %.

     Sure, but we have the model of Chernobyl to go by. Counterintuitively, it's the low doses of radiation that do the most damage.

     interesting, regardless of causality that infant deaths are up. could point to the economic troubles we're facing too.

     Intuitively, there may be some correlation between state of the !economy & infant death rates, possibly senior death rates, as well. !hcr

     BUT... data should be for period greater than 14 weeks March-June 2011 to back up that argument, right?
