     !SCALE: @spot says that "selling isn't Fair" & "People aren't logical". Good advice. Fundraising in non-profits is also not fair, too. :)

     !SCALE: I asked @spot if "software freedom" helps sell. He says they literally don't hear the "dom" syllable & think zero-cost. I'm dubious.

     !SCALE: @spot says "no lock-in" is a huge part of Free Software sales pitch. But that *is* freedom. I don't get how that word is so scary!

     In my modest #Drupal experience, freedom to customise & switch vendors sells, just not always until they've been burnt by proprietary CMSes.
