   Construction in #Tbilisi a mystery: 2m of a footpath is closed for 4 months + peds have to walk on street. Sometimes work is done on it.

     sounds a lot like the berlin construction mystery, which happens on footpaths and bicycle lanes alike

     @yeahkatunia also apartment buildings in #Tbilisi with number of empty apartments - holes - as in no windows and probably no lighting, etc.

     @shensche I guess that builders only build the actual apartments when somebody owns (and has paid) for them.

     @yeahkatunia I think it's bad: the unfinished apartments will decay much faster (animals+weather) + create more cold zones for neighbours.
