@dothidden I don't think that is possible right now.
-
I'm a tad dissapointed they don't have #OpenID login, which may be on account of self-signed SSL cert. no blame them though, they're costly.
-
You can see local users plain text password: db.authors.find().forEach( function(author) { print(author.password); } );
-
I think it's great! I haven't tried it but I'm glad it's there.
-
What? Where?
-
Start mongo shell, then "use rstatus-development", then the command from the previous dent.
-
btw: remote authors do not have a password and you will see "undefined" for them.
-
I like that they have a well documented Salmon verification method. I've been struggling with that one.
-
OK, so, unrelated to Identi.ca. You're talking about the rstatus codebase. Gotcha.
-
Mention being able to see users' passwords in plain text and @evan rightfully gets a little nervous.
-
Right. I just saw that it was posted to the identi.ca group.
-
and how dangerous is that?
-
@zoowar Please contact @steveklabnik@rstat.us to inform him. Likely a bug.

@zoowar The issue has been fixed, and the fix deployed to the main #rstatus site. http://lnxwalt.status.net/url/17428
