@fontana (though Italian law prohibits calling that pizza :-)
-
Pizza time! :)
-
Damn you! Pizza time for me isn’t until early next week. :(
-
Well, I’ve now had pizza two nights in a row. Last night greek style, tonight stuffed (toppings inside as well as on top). :P
-
@jpope /me drools uncontrollably. :(~~
-
@psquid Pizza time for me isn't until June, so shut up.
-
@vanden Yikes. Why so?
-
In June, I return to Canada. In Cairo, you can exchange money for something *called* 'pizza', but you cannot buy *pizza*.
-
@vanden That’s saddening. I’m pretty sure pizza is a basic human right.

There is also a "cheese" with palm oil as its first ingredient. While the country has properties, they are not epicurean ones.

@fontana Far be it from me to defend the US, but drinkable beer and edible pizza are there available to the persistent. Still, point taken.
-
@fontana Oh, sorry; I missed that you were talking about the middle bits.

Pizza and Dr Pepper are both listed in the UN Declaration of Human Rights.

I've not spent too much time there, but Seattle had pies worth the purchase. Also, Chicago-style, while not mine, has features.
-
@fontana Well, maybe I had good luck in Seatle. Or, maybe growing up in Van., BC exposed me to the same bad influence on pizza-judgement.
-
@fontana Seattle has some marvelous pizza, both traditional Italian and innovative; Serious Pie comes to mind.
-
@diablomarcus Though I prefer a thick crust as a rule, the best pizza I ever had was in a tiny place in the hills around Padua.
-
@fontana never heard of Northern Vowel Shift. As a born and raised #Michigander however, I'm sure I'm proud of it.
-
@fontana remind me to take you to a good pizza place when you come over. there's great pizza in Brazil!
