@lnxwalt If you are at a lawful assembly and someone yells at a cop, it can be upgraded to unlawful.

Could you substantiate this claim, please? The language "will disturb the peace tumultuously" would not seem to cover yelling at a cop.

There has only been 1 private members bill to ever pass since '86 (and that was to ban smoking in workplaces) and it's only been read....
