@nigeldgreen A neat trick btw is to bang out 20 every time an ad-break comes on TV, you get enough recovery time and can grind out like ..

@mo6020 makes sense. There was a time when I would do 4 sets of 25 in about 5 minutes. Don't do that anymore. Too old.

@jonkulp There were quite a few of us at that kind of rate, but I was 23 and at the end of my Army training, so generally fit as hell

@mo6020 One of my friends did 20 press-ups and 20 sit-ups every time he had a dump. kept him very fit.
