     FSFE wiki states :"it still requires non-free device drivers and firmware which are fetched from a device and are included in the ROM."

     Replicant include none of theses files, even for the firmwares(the user has the choice to copy them back on the device or not)

     Also note that, at least some of the proprietary libraries included in cyanogenmod images contain spying. and the market is bad too.
