IIRC, there is an application called something like soundconvert which will, well, you get it.

Not sure if there are some non-free deps which would be unavailable on Trisquel, but you can give it a go.

@laurelrusswurm that was a pain for me when I tried Trisquel, online music in general was buggy including Jamendo & Bandcamp
