     I'm just playing with visualising some computer vision data I've got, nothing fancy. As a programmer I've never really liked Matlab/Octave.

     But thus far I've been able to do what I need with NumPy/SciPy, *and* I've got a real programming language to back me up :-)

     @sazius sounds good - I've dabbled with numpy and opencl on an ati 6970 graphics card, but yet to put it to good use.
