Maybe a bespoke license? You can use the courseware for any purpose, but if you learn something you have to teach it to 4 other people.

@robmyers really the Music Sharing License (BY-NC-ND) is the solution. Just replace Music with Education or whatever you want to SHARE.

Could also require that all the courseware be musical. There are lots of way to cut this one.
