@nybill XLR mic there is a mixer there as well that is attached to the computer via usb

@theru Nice! Mine is a clunky old singing/stage mic from my band days with a 1/4" to 1/8" reducing adapter/jack. But, it gets the job done.

@nybill they had a kit at the local sound store and got a shure x2u mixer from amazone.

@theru Now that I think of it, mine is XLR as well. But, I've always just had the chord on it to plug into a 1/4 jack.
