Small non-profit organizations should not give out golden parachutes. Period. Not the best use of my donation.

@clacke #cynicmode warranted, but "Fair Pay for N California Nonprofits: 2012" p37 says only 22% of ED/CEOs have employment contracts...

@clacke ...unclear what that really means, but I'm guessing that provisions like "golden parachute" require an "employment contract"
