On a more serious note, most of the ways I solve problems come from intuitive flashes in the shower, while running, or something else.

Cultivating these kinds of periods where you're open to intuition seems like a good thing to do. Maybe that's all that meditation is.

@evan I get most of my epiphanies in the shower too! not so much from (stationary) biking, probably because I'm distracted by a movie then
