     Probably because no one wants to maintain a database of all the people who have ever accepted their TOS.

     @evan Agreed. Categorization like http://tos-dr.info/#services is good generally, but essential for no-time-to-read #wifi #ToS.

     @evan With categorization you could have your device auto-agree to certain terms. Useful if passing through subway station with #wifi. #ToS
