after a decade of !Linux and !kde I'm being lured away by a very shiny seductress called Lightroom. I feel dirty and yet oh so tempted
-
overkill to have to open !Krita ☛ to create offset border !digikam ☛ needs canvas resize or better, more border options http://ur1.ca/178hp
-
@boudewijnrempt you learn something new every day. Thanks!
-
@boudewijnrempt and ktorrent, PS3 PMS, HP-Toolbox... I want to know how I can get the old systray icons back
-
I have complained little since !kde 4.0 but I do not like the monochrome system tray. looks fine until you add hplip, ktorrent, coqok, etc
-
@aseigo glad you left Calgary? http://ur1.ca/xrul
-
@zuargo SHOWDESKTOP or turn on the screen edge trigger http://ur1.ca/w5yc
-
My first !kde distro: http://2tu.us/203p, wow I'll have been using Linux 10 years this fall
-
!kde fantastic http://2tu.us/203l especially http://2tu.us/203m
-
@mdim closed and I have the freedom to use it or not.
-
@mdim that really says nothing as to why software HAS to be open. I believe in freedom, the freedom to use any license you want. Even if its
-
@mdim good luck then, if all else fails compile your own kde or kernel. For me software is a tool, not an ideology or a religion
-
@mdim just don't link to that repository if you don't want non FSF approved software. I don't want anyone taking away my choice and freedom
-
@mdim "openSUSE offers its users access to a repository of nonfree software" is not a good reason to dismiss a distro
-
@rysiek that's nowhere near default
-
!kde !opensuse just grabbing 4.4.69svn http://twitpic.com/1at58g/full
-
@arnebab I never said there was a problem. I was refering to 2 of the 3 options left being accessible by the r-click menu in 4.4.67
-
@aseigo yeah it's down to just shortcuts, desktop settings and lock... 2 out of the 3 being r-click accessible. there is more to come then
