It's a lot like using a vertical engine to improve results. Sort of what we do with instant-answers but, as exclusive results, can bubble.

It can definitely bubble results if the scopes used are limited (which they are) but, as more scopes are added, it should happen less.

It's definitely an interesting development and you You can opt-out, so that's a plus :) Sounds like speed was their major focus.
