@asfethan yeah, maybe I stick to digikam.best tagging features. shotwell screws pic dates(pix shot at same day show in different categories)

@chadmccullough mhh, gThumb seems to be more like an image browser. Hard to organize big collections. Lacks extensive (geo)tagging support

@n8 shotwell somewhat screws the picture dates, f-spot is slow and unstable. Maybe I just have to get used to digikam.

@bernat The nvidia driver makes gnome freeze just after startup when not in fallback mode. makes it difficult to enjoy though.

I wish nvidia and amd proprietary drivers worked with GNOME 3. Call me oldschool, but currently the free drivers suck. !linux
