Anyone have a simple "echo" removal process for !audacity...had echo cancellation on but still picked it up.

Learning !audacity by editing !podcasts I download; simple edits like cutting out moments of silence. Really makes me wanna start my own!

Hey !audacity folks do you all tend to "make a copy" when either editing an ogg or importing another to the project?

I am beginning to think that !fedora either doesn't like !audacity or needs more than 2gb of ram (keeps crashing whenever editing)

@marxistvegan Audacity's using 95.5Mb RAM according to my System Monitor.

Saving the !Audacity project file _without_ copying the source audio files seems to have done the trick.

As I learn to edit noise out of a skype recording !audacity is amazing! though makes the voice a little nasal

so glad !audacity has a good recovery feature....seems to crash a little at times but always brings back to where I was when it crashed
