funny thing, after updating to !kde 4.5b2 !kubuntu on my netbook and reinstalling kubuntu-desktop i got the netbook shell as default?

I really miss: right click in file manager → open #terminal here in !kde !kubuntu !bluehairedstepchild (it was there in kde3, but not kde4)

@pookito It's a variation of "redheaded stepchild" meaning a discriminated or least favored member of the family. Blue being the KDE color.

I love !kubuntu since its vanilla !KDE SC + !ubuntu up-to-date system + !debian deb packages. it can be better but no blue-headed stepchild.

@bigbrovar AFAIK, there is work on a knotes backend to deal with the notes, and there is an akonadi backend to deal with contacts.
