Awesome Sauce! I managed to build an mplayer2 binary that works with !ChromeOS #CR-48. I'll distrubute to the cr-48 pilot group soon.

New Dev-channel update for !chromeos on my #cr-48 is borked. Anything I do causes it to fail. Reverting using recovery image now.

Hmmm... it appears that !chromeos on the #cr48 comes with pulseaudio, but it isn't used. I wonder If I could use it to stream music.

@cassidyjames See, I knew this was gonna get confusing. So that wouldn't necessarily reflect what Google is providing?

@cassidyjames I suppose there's not even any guarantee that would support all the Google branded apps/services?

Weird. When playing youtube videos with #cr48 !chromeos, the task manager says that flash is using around 110% cpu. How is that possible?

I can't be certain, but I think the battery time for #cr48 is worse when using dev-channel. !chromeos

Cool, it seems that the !chromeos dev channel has flash 10.2, you just have to disable 10.1. Doesn't speed up much on the #cr-48 though.

I don't get it. Litl already shipped ChromeOS but a year earlier with a better design and a better browser engine.
