Spent nearly every waking hour the last 2 days working on !Conservancy stuff. Still not caught up & had !GPL enforcement to do that's undone

Fixed two different bugs in !Evergreen over the past few days. 4 lines of code at probably 2 hours per line. Quality costs dearly.

@tararobertson I think you're supposed to be able to set those up in 1.6 with in-db circ - but I'm a direct-to-the-db kinda guy.
