     @jfm The problem seems to be that libvirtd starts a dnsmasq that is grabbing interfaces I have not specifically told it to.

     @jfm Ah. You have to configure unbound with "interface-automatic: no" even if you have specified specific interfaces, and not 0.0.0.0.
